Very good hotel to stay for 1-2 nights. Clean, comfortable, quiet. We've seen few people working - everybody was ready to help and nice. Breakfast was nice. Overall, super strong 3-stars. Dining area is open all the time, so you can grab a drink in the bar (yes, there is a bar) or bring yours and spend some time playing some games (they are also available). Location is nice by car - a bit far from center, but depends on your travel objectives.

Everything was very practical and pleasant. The bed and shower were both excellent, the car park well protected and the breakfast was perfect - as good as in many a high class hotel. Everything had been well thought out which made our stopover problem free. The staff were helpful and pointed us towards a good restaurant 2 minutes away. We were able to continue on our journey really refreshed.

Clean and comfortable room at a good price point. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the in-room kettle and tea. Parking was easy--right next to the hotel. It's just a few minutes walk to the tram that takes you into town. The breakfast buffet included eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries.

Clean functional rooms. Helpful staff. Able to walk to local cafe and restaurants. Handy for the tram into city centre and only a short drive to Clermont airport. Our baby cot got lost on the flight there and staff pulled out the stops to locate us a backup which was much appreciated.

Staff are really friendly, breakfast is a good selection, rooms are quiet. and very good value for money. There is a bar on site but no restaurant, nearest one is only around the corner so you have everything you need here. Snacks and drinks are available to purchase at reception too. There is a lift but it's quite slow.

Very good place. Beds super comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and parking is safe. We travel a lot between Switzerland and Spain so for sure we will stay more often.

This is a great place! It's in town, but with PLENTY of free, off- street parking. The bed was big and comfy, the bathroom clean and with everything in it. 24/7 reception, i think, and the girl behind was the world's most efficient. Even through the night, there was someone there throughout our stay. Book with confidence!

Very clean and comfortable new hotel with lots of parking. It is close to the railway station, and a good restaurant called Comme La Maison. It had everything we needed for a one night stay. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Our room was quiet at rear of the building.

Extremely comfortable bed! "Public parking" claimed, but we parked at the hotel territory, just in front of the entrance. Efficient A/C unit - it makes loud clicks when in auto mode, but it works silently in manual modes.
